Fina!!y an eBook for the Instant pot that is great. Good variety in the recipes, no typographical errors and a pleasure to use. So many of the Instant Pot ebooks have a language barrier, huge mistakes using a stovetop pressure cooker even though it is about the Instant Pot. Some have been for the IP with only the slow cooker feature being used. This book has thought put into it. Thank you Laurel Randolph.

Excellent, simple and tasty recipes that will teach you how to use an electric pressure cooker. I too had a conventional stove top pressure cooker that was a challenge to gauge the amount of pressure to use. These new electric pressure cookers take all that guesswork away. This book has an excellent introduction to explain the basics of the Instant Pot controls as well as handly reference tables for easy quick instructions on cooking beans, oatmeals, meats and fish. The recipes are excellent and ...more

    Fabulous recipes

Used pressure cooker during childhood. Never used one after married. Really fastest, easiest, stress free, economical way of cooking. So happy to read these recipes to learn the joy of cooking that awaits me when my instant pot arrives. Don't know which recipe to try first!!!

I just bought an Instantpot and wanted a good introduction with solid healthy recipes. This did the trick.

Helpful when it comes to the ins and outs of the IP, but few of these recipes look like something my family would enjoy.

I got an Instant Pot for Christmas and excitedly picked up several cookbooks for it. This was one of them. I am so happy I chose this book! A good description of the Instant Pot and how to use/care for it starts the book off. The recipes are easy to follow. The ingredients are everyday ones for the most part. The author includes tips and variations with the recipes. Another thing I appreciated is the recipes contain some nutritional information, including carb counts. My dad is a diabetic so car ...more

We received this with our Instant Pot. We have found it very helpful as we learned all of the things that our Instant Pot can do. It has some good recipes, and for Instant Pot beginners it helps build a foundation of knowledge. There aren't many recipes that I can say were memorable, but of those I tried, none were bad. I would love to see more pictures, especially as we learned what to do and expect, but this book didn't have as many as I usually associate with a good cook book. Not a bad cook ...more
